Acatone, not sure if it will effect the paint tho? I know if soaked it will soften vynals and plastics etc. use at your peril!

Don't joke I do feel like it haha. If I do use acton I must make sure I does not goon the paint no even for a few seconds from what I understand. Could be pretty risky

I used one to get the goo and old sealant off my arches. Plus it will take of vynil decals etc. google it there's a couple of bids on you tube.

I removed mine with a quality heat gun (heat shrink/paint type) and it didnt even damage the paint! You might need to remove the glass to get the last bits out.
Ill try that next if this doesn't work. Good to know paint was okay after too

Now just the little bit round the window to go thanks so much guys this toffee wheel (eraser) was the dogs. No damage to paint at all.
