Passenger side on a RHD car
I've took some measurements of the under dash tray on a series 1 car. Should be fairly easy to reproduce one from 4mm paperboard or cardboard. The original tray is made from paperboard or something similar about 4mm thick.
So on a 335 x 515 piece of board, there is a 140mm long cut on the left starting 70mm from the top. That bit (marked A) then folds under the main piece to make the curved back edge of the tray. There are two rivets holding the flap A in place. On the front edge the piece marked B is rolled and folder under the main piece to form the front lip of the tray and held in place with seven rivets.
