NWM Meet

As the issue has been raised by a couple of folk, I thought that I'd propose a date of

SUNDAY 10th FEBRUARY 2008 at 7.00pm at
The Wiggin Tree
Parbold Hill
Parbold
Wiggin
WN8 6XB

This will be a week prior to Dub Freeze and would allow for introductions and arrangements for any of us intending on going to the show to organise a convoy if wished.

Again, I'd suggest an evening meet as I doubt that we'd stay in the car park for long if the weather is cold/wet/windy or all 3!!! The leather sofas are much more comfortable!!

Does anyone else fancy it?

Any of you guys/girls fancy a run up to bala lake this coming Sunday?

i'll try to nip up to wiggin tree if i can. wont be joining you on the karting thing though i tend to get band from the places for fiddling with things i shouldn't or driving the nuts off the go kart (i broke the last one i was in by snapping the front track rod)

well i tried but the place was shut and no one was there. did i miss something?

it was a fun drive what with not having the advance/retard on the car because i forgot to put it back on

We all moved to the pub down the road because they are refurbing the wiggin tree, what time did you get there??

Awww, sorry mate. We gave it a while outside, walked up to the pub and saw it was shut !!!!

The nearest pub was about 1/2 mile away so we went there.

Next time. Get you name down for the karting though!!

Went by Wiggin Tree a couple of weeks ago, when Telford played Burscough, it looks a nice location and views….set the trip and it's exactly 84 miles from home, just a tad too far for me  :mrgreen:

Its been a bit hectic for most people with the big shows taking up most weekends.

The next one looks like the Blackpool lights trip. Come along to that and you will be warmly welcomed!!!

The North West can boast some major attractions that other regions can only DREAM of!!! I mean why travel to Paris when you can go 20 miles down the road!!!  :wink:
