Blackpool Illuminations - Friday 4th September 2009

For those of you who came to the switch on last year, I'm proposing to do it all over again this year!!

The Mk1 Golf Owners Club

We had roughly 13 cars and 1 breakdown!! Tea was provided by Alan and his staff at the Seafarer Restaurant..

and then we went on to the illuminations for one of the rare warm nights in the north, allowing us to have to cabby tops down until 12.30am!!

So, I've spoken to Alan again just now. He's happy to have us back so alls thats needed is a show of hands to say who's coming!!

Looks like there will be a good turn out agian at this rate. If you are thinking about coming PLEASE post up because staffords had to sit outside last year… Luckily it wasn't raining!
