MK1 prices holding steady

Looks like MK1’s are still getting premium prices.

My opinion, there's some
Stupid prices mk1's lately, but then some really good ones warranting its one folk have a 'clean' mk1 and want money that someone has done a nut and bolt job on. 

And while I'm on it, ones with no pictures AT ALL realllllly wind me up. Out of the last 20/30 I've looked at on here I bet 4/5 have had any pictures.

Brad, I get four emails everyday with Mk1's for sale. 
I jump through all the hoops to call up the Web page to find no photos.

300 or 400 per year sometime tell me about it! 
Cars that is and a 3rd have no photos and all for the 'GAP'Competition.

Must be bonkers!  

Regarding this post. 
I've seen a 20% to 30% rise in prices this year alone over here.
I put most of it down to the 40th birthday of the Golf.

Wait till the 50th! 

It's stated really bugging me. I've sold two bare shell sand both had bloody pictures of them, leg alone a car fully running.
