Ok, So unfortunately its time to sell my beloved mk1, from the moment I got it it got unbelievable attention everywhere I drove it, an the stroy is no different today, although it looks a little different. Ive have had the car since Dec 08 and has been by my side through thick and thin since, so i'm sure you can all imagine how hard this is to do, but needs must.

I have had a lot done to the car since I bought it as it wasn't running greatly back then. Here is a list of things I have had done to it, I may miss some however:

In addition to the manditory stuff I have had a straight through exhaust fitted to match the Supersprint stainless back box
13x7 ATS Classics up front and 13x8's at the rear with nice stretched tyres with LOADS of tread left, Perfect Stance in my opinion!
K&N Filter fitted and cleaned regularly
Weber Carb fitted and regularly tuned
LG head unit
Uprated rear speakers
It has all the wiring you would need if you wanted a sub woofer put in (big heavy cables are in place to do so)
Lowered on TA Technics Coliovers
Clifford alarm system fitted
280mm Izzota Steering wheel, such a great little steering wheel
MoHair Auto hood that is still nice and quick, ideal for traffic light transformation
Included in the car will be a capri green body coloured number plate surround incase you wish to take it back to stock.
Also will throw in a mk3 VR6 front splitter that can be made to fit if you plan on putting bigger wheels on it? (too low to have it on with the 13's I have has alot of body and paint work done on the car, both bumpers have been repainted, (the front bumper has been smoothed to erase the holes for the number plate housing) and other sections totaling over 500 quids worth of jobs

Aswell as all the receipts I have. All the little fettling jobs that I have had done by my good friends on this forum is off the charts! I have been lucky enough to have the help of Rajan and Funk-star when I have needed it, for services, MOT's, running issues etc. So big thanks have to go out to those guys We all know that no car is perfect so here are the bits that need attention:

Rear window demister is inactive (Fuse I recon)
Wipers work but screen washer doesnt
Fan belt could do with a tighten
Exhaust knocks on the underside of the car when idling at about 700 rpm so hardly hear it as its never really that low
Body work is 99% fab but Ill post pictures of the TINY rust parts
One of the roof straps that tuck the roof in needs re attaching to draw the roof in when you want it down
I have a new dash surround somewhere as there is a crack by the hazard switch.
Interior is 99% fab only drivers bolster showing wear and a cigarette burn on the rear bench which was there when I bought it.

Now that looks a lot but an enthusiast who has a weekend could address all those with no problem and be left with one hell of a car.

I am based in either Sheffield or Bedfordshire so depending on the interest i get I can bring the car to either base and you can come and see it so at £1800 I think its a very reasonable price for a car that has had alot of things done already and is ready to be enjoyed!
