staffords the man who is arranging it and there is a post at present but the date may have to be changed due to unforseen circumstances.

Not that it helps, but we have a mk1 down here in Plymouth next friday, which should be ok as long as weather isn't bad.
We can hope.  Meet a few new people and have a chat

Please, if anyone wants to organise a meet then feel free. I'm too busy on the house and the Mk1's not insured.

I'd like to pass on the organisation of the meets onto someone else so put your hands up if you want to. I've enjoyed my time hosting the meets and have had a good stint at doing it. Its probably time for someone else to have a go.

Ross, i know we have spoken roughly about this before.
I was thinking last night, the SW region seems to be massive.  Infact probably too big for one person to arrange meets?

I think this has been in a previous topic.
Should the SW be split up into areas? As in the proper southwest? Cornwall and West Devon sort of areas, then others? Higher up.

As it would be hard (and expensive) for one person to be at the meets all the time, if they wanted to go.

I know alot of people down here wouldn't be willing to travel more than exeter probably, while obviously and quite rightly the people higher up than us wouldn't want to come all the way down just to meet.

Like i said i'd be more than willing to Update and sort the SW regions web pages in the regions sections, and also to arrange local meets down here.

So just an idea?
Unless someone wants to travel up and down all the time?  :dontknow:
