the problem he has got is he wants to claw back as much money as poss.And the unfortunate thing is he wont .Sometimes you have to weigh up weather its worth it.

 6k??? Does he actually want to sell it or just show it off on ebay?!! Wonder what the reserve is? I know the seller states it is being listed for someone else but its a bit worrying that they cant spell 'Corrado'! Makes you wonder how much they know about the car? I may be wrong  :dontknow:

I agree, especially as that engine only pushes 135 BHP as standard, probably slightly more in  MK1 due to shedding a few pounds in comparison to the Corrado.

i run basically the same:  9a corrado 2.0 16v on carbs and i rolling roaded at around 170bhp, so god knows where his extra 80bhp comes from?? 8O  

does look the biz but ?6k - seems steep.  cant see it selling for that tbh

Don't know why, but the over the top claimed BHP and talk of racing superbikes etc… claimed 180mph top speed…

It just sounds dodgy to me… I like to trust my instinct and its just all wrong over this one!

  A: its ok mate, cudnt tell you how many people have had it, but the guy who made it into the car it is, had it over 10 years i believe. ive had it for just a month, as i said realy dont wana get rid of it but im afraid its just down to practicality for me at the moment.)

Yet he says "I've had it for just a month"

He is talking bull, he will know how many owners it has had as it is stated on V5, plus it would mean that roughly a new owner every 6-8 months before & after the alleged owner of 10 years

6k is a tad optimistic, the mk1 that had full s3 conversion  running gear, engine drive train the lot, went for 7k a few months back on evil bay.

if he can get 180 out of that what will my G60 do? Haha

Must have a ultra high revving engine or an interesting low range gearbox!

I did a 100 mph in mine and it sucked the headlining out towards the rear window [ webasto roof open  8O ] .

this motor desp needs smaller more tastefull wheels….car looks like its o stilts and bet turning a corner gets them biceps bulging

smaller wheels lower golfs…. …..much better
