Guess they didn't have a Bentley, or a Haynes and were devoid of a photo camera prior to disassembly, not interweb access to the ETKA or VW forums either.

I really hate Previous Owners Servicing (POS)…and their little brained professional technicians too.

Glad it was a simple fix.
