Just thought I’d throw this in, I have 195/40/16 on a 16x7.5 rim and they have a very slight stretch but nothing as to get you and bother from the local gendarmes, perfect for MOT’s.
But I also have some of these which many have said would never work but I think they look awesome with the gti arch to balance the size of the wheels and these are 185/35/17 on a 17x7.5 rim. It’s been a lot of trial and error but it’s getting there now. So follow your gut and if you’ve got an idea go with it, it might just turn out to be awesome
