1800 DX idle low (Update Now Sorted)

I would put money on the belt being a tooth out. Over time I've learned by my mistakes, do one thing at a time and if there's a fault go back to the last thing you touched, if you alter the CO and idle speed now you could mask the real cause.

I'm no expert but if the  belt was a tooth out would it start at all? misfire and fart a lot dut surely it wouldn't run good enough to run as low as 500rpm!
if its running have the timing checked and then have co checked and then set idle
I may be wrong but timing can only be wrong or right and if right can be fine tuned with the dizzy
