Took the car out today to go meet a fellow dubber. A few photos from today (and a couple rather indulgently shopped ones :P) IMG_20160725_195410.jpg IMG_20160725_195410.jpg IMG_20160725_195410.jpg IMG_20160725_195410.jpg IMG_20160725_195410.jpg IMG_20160725_195410.jpg IMG_20160725_195410.jpg IMG_20160725_195410.jpg

Love the car, bet it isn't half quick with the k04!

Are you going to be selling the cage at any point? I'm looking for one at the moment to bolt straight into my mk1!

Ah that's a shame, in need of one!

Do you know what sort of figures you're getting with the k04? :)

Argh, I can't remember mate, sorry. I know its 8J up front and 9J at that back, and it's the same tyre profile all round…but I'm not with the car and I can't remember what I got fitted lol I'll find out next time!

Really liking this, that's shallow sump kit looks well put together. How much better is the mk3 wiper compared to the old one?

Honestly mate it's the difference between it working and not working at all. The old mk1 one was pretty dire. I think most people whack a mk2 motor in there because it's easier - I struggled to get the right mk3 motor for mine (because I had the old SWG mk1 motor) and had to get a cabrio mk3 motor from the USA
