Is there currently a plan for arrival/departure times?

I've received my entry pass for the show (thank you) but am unsure as to what time to get there? The pass says to be there before 11, but doesn't specify what time it is possible to leave?

Hi Andy, I would like everyone to get there as early as they can, preferably by 9.30 am. I will be getting there for about 8.15am. Traffic gets horrendous and you will end up queuing for an hour to get in as the morning visitors arrive! I need to check leaving time, as we have a very prominent position where the public will be walking round. Will report back asap. Thanks, Anna

I am meeting with the organisers on Saturday morning to sort our layout for the display so I know where everyone needs to go. I plan to get to Stanford Hall for 8.15am on Sunday Morning. If everyone can aim to get there for 9.30 am that would be great, the latest you can arrive is 11am, but I don't want to have to be parking everyone for 3 hours!

It's going to be a great display!!!

For those that have not entered the site via the South Kilworth Gate before, this is the best route to avoid getting stuck in visitor traffic, via M1 Junction 20-

Well as it looks like it might be cold early morning, with no heater I will be having a nice 2 hour drive up lol  

Are people meeting in mass at that pub/hotel car park we met at before (might have been last year or year before)?

If not if some people are meeting up, if you can post up time and postcode, I will see if I can get there for the meeting time and head in with you

If anyone else is coming from Bristol direction or joining what would be my route up M5, M42, M6 let me know and we could meet at a services on route?

If P0jy and the Leicester guys are meeting at 8.00 how about we meet at the above at 8.30 or just before?
