BIGNICKC  - to tag someone, just type the '@' symbol, then start typing their user name and a menu pops up for you to select it from  

I am having trouble voting for the picture I like. The originator (M…………………r) does not show when I enter the @ symbol. Surprisingly my username is available to vote for and I didn't submit a photo!.
