What time shall we be at the gate ?

Here's the map of the meeting place for anyone that's missed it, meeting here at 8.15am and plan to leave here 8.30am for convoy to South Kilworth Gate, for those coming straight to the show, still come by the designated gate (on the back of the pass)and aim to be in for 9.30-10am at the latest. It will be in you're best interest as the queues to get in can be horrendous! Elv will be coming straight to the show to meet the camping crew to help direct/set up on the stand

Those of you travelling a long way and don't want to meet that early, if you can be on the stand for 9-30-10.00am that would be great, any later and traffic will be really bad getting in.

Club stand entry is via South Kilworth Gate as stated on the club pass when you get it, I will lead convoy from The Elms if you're not sure of the way.

We can leave the stand after 4pm and must be gone by 7.30pm!

Hi Ade, yeah, coming down A50 past you about 7.20-7-25am if you fancy meeting us.

Cannot wait for Sunday , I'm coming up from the south so will meet at show for about 9 ðŸ~�
