in other news i made up and painted the i/c brackets
and also i got one of these bad boys on order
its a ko3s hybrid turbo it will have a 360 thrust bearing, machined housing with a ko4 turbine wheel and a forge alloy actuator 8-) effectively making it a k04 turbo in the factory fit ko3 position

they were ordered from japan to my spec
time to start getting all the boost pipes together
so i ordered a length of 57mm tube a 57mm 90 degree, some 25mm for the 007p, and a 8mm for the N75
then i got one of these a neil designed crazyquiff/revotec produced t/b to i/c boost pipe
also placed a order with revotec for the rest of the boost pipes 57mm 90 reducer, 45, 135, 4 week to make tho as they are black :?
also got some more connector grommets for the tucked engine loom
top ones are coil pack ones and are pretty much the most expensive grommets ever at nearly £8 each
had a go at tigging some alloy in the morning
by the afternoon i did this to my intercooler
before
after
boost pressure sensor done 8-)
and these turned up 8)
386cc injectors 8-)
almost ready to fit now
