Hi,

Myself, the missus, Zambeaky and jellybelly will be leaving the Shell petrol station near junction 15 of the M1 (Northampton) on Friday.  Jelly - you ok going to Northampton or trying to catch us as we go past Leicester mate?

From us it should take 1.5 hours to get to the race course.  During which time we'll take a few pics and hopefully a rolling vid.  Here is the suggested run to the meet:-

Anyone who can make Friday and is near our route let us know if you're joining the convoy  :wink:

The reason we're picking the shell garage (a little bit off of the M1) is so people can fill up before heading off, use the toilet and/or get food and drink.  The M1 should also allow us oppertunity to get some rolling shots.

Nice one.  We need to sort times out etc but good to put it all out there early so people can make plans.  Hopefully we'll get a good convoy all the way to the event  :mrgreen: .  

For those worried (engine rebuilds/problems etc) - we wont be going quick so tag on.  50-60MPH is enough… any quicker and you can't film much.. and its a cruise after all  :wink:

I have Friday off of work spud, the Ant5 family will be travelling up, 2 cars and trailer tent just let us know what time is planned.

Not sure on the time.  If we leave at 7pm we may find that we're trying to set up tents at 8.30pm-9pm in darkness  :dontknow: … I'm open to opinions though and would rather have more people in the convoy.  Who wants to leave mid day and who doesn't mind leaving at 7pm from Northampton?

Should still be light enough Spud though happy to go with the majority.

Hmmmm …. I'll be in my Spider-man pyjama's with hot-chocolate by 10pm…………….. not  :mrgreen: .  We can roll up, stick the tent up and BBQ on and get drunk… not sure how many can get time off work  :dontknow:

I'm off for the entire weekend so I'm happy to rock up whenever n get on with the brewskies

I think he means leave Northants at 7pm (they leave MK at 6pm or there abouts).  We meet you at the services not long after leaving Northants.. then to AGM.. from Northants junction 15 to AGM is 1 hour 20 mins.  With that we'll get to AGM about 8.30pm.  I can get time off work if needed.  

This is an open talk to see where the best numbers are.  Those interested, please let me know the answer to these two questions:-

1. Can you get the Friday off?
2. Would you rather get to AGM before 8.30pm or at 8.30pm

Should be able to work it out from there  :dontknow:
