where did you get the header tank from mate?

the car looks awsome but i dont like the stretched tires with all the money and time spent on it what if a tire pops off the rim and you roll it? as i used to be a tire fitter iv seen it happen loads ppl get me to fit stretched tires then they come back sayin they wasnt fitted right when they have rolled it the proper way is to get the bands that the use on caravans they stop the tire popping off the rim but are a bi+ch to fit.
