Help please

so I had a fuel leak and it seemed to be coming from the pump. We ve changed the pump and now the car won't start. It cranks over but that is it. Any ideas would be appreciated. Also we know nothing about mechanics so it could be something really obvious to you guys. All

Many thanks in advance xx

Starting with the obvious but did you properly bleed the fuel system through?

How long did you turn the engine over for?

What engine have you got?
Carb or injection?

Start with the most basics and go from there!
