Christ dude, not sure I could sit through that.

Work wise, it's an oddun.  Have run the figures and looked and if I go for it then it's another year of working like an absolute man-whore but the end result would be pretty epic.  Turns out I'm cursed with morals which isn't something I expected.
Either way, the cack has hit the fan and will continue to do so and whether I stay or go I've got a lot of work to do.  I'm lucky enough to love what I do for a living but the peaks and troughs can be soul crushing.

To give my 2pence worth. People don’t leave companies or jobs generally they leave managers and cultures. If you stay does your boss change to an entirely separate part of the company? If so then could work if not you could see yourself leaving in 18 months anyway. Stats tend to back this up with only 3% of counter offers accepted having a person stay longer than 18 months. Good luck on whichever you go for.

That's been my big dilemma over the weekend and a real case of practicing what I preach.
But it's a lot easier when you're outside of what's going on.
Series of meetings yesterday with another scheduled for today and it looks pretty promising, and to be fair it has to be.  My alternative is an excellent role with a very well established industry leader, but I can see real commitment to change.
And sometimes I just enjoy backing the underdog.
Don't get me wrong here, I realise how pretentious all this sounds.  When it boils down to it I'm just a whinging mangina offering what's left of his soul to the highest bidder following a flounce of impossible proportions.
But it appears that sometimes you have to kick off to protect something you love and in this case it happens to be what I do for a living.
The other upside to all this is that I feel like I'm on fire again, which is pretty epic.  Hopefully I can kick off the blog again and finish all the Merchandise designs for the other club.

I love technology.

Anyhoo, another exceptionally bizarre week.  Did pick up the new car though - 2010 black diesel golf.  Surprisingly nice to drive.
