Registration documents

Purchased a series 1 years ago been stuck at the back of the garage time to start full rebuild, I never had any paperwork or a reg with this car , have chassis numbers but nothing else ,is there anybody out there with any info , DVLA useless and there hands are tied  🤯🤯🤯

looks like you need to fill out a v888 to get reg then a v62 to get a v5.
