Conrod upgrade required for 1.8T

Hi guys, can anyone please advise me on conrod upgrades, I'm rebuilding my 1.8T and all I was planning to do was renew bearings, bolts and gaskets and seals. I'm keeping the engine standard and only remapping it, is it worth spending the money on upgraded rods or just stick with the originals? Thanks
