Messages not being received

Hi, hoping someone can help.

I recently posted a for sale ad for my mk1 in the classifieds section. I've not had any interest from any users from this site which is fine, I thought maybe the market wasn't moving etc. However, I've been messaged through my facebook marketplace ad to say a user has tried to pm me on here but it won't go through.

Would an admin/mod please have a look to see if something isn't tied up correctly on my account please?
