Fully original MK1 Golf GTI 1.8 cabriolet with £1000’s spent on it over the years to ensure it runs better than new – see list of major items replaced or repaired.
This is the last of the desirable small bumper models with stunning bodywork and no rust at all. The paintwork in the original LY5V Sapphire Metallic Clearcoat colour.
The car has been on the rolling road to show that it still maintains its original BHP and pulls like it did when it was new.
This is a car that gets lots of positive comments at the VW and classic car shows over the years; You will struggle to find an example at this price that is as faultless as this one..

It has many of the desire extras such as the original tourneau cover, original spare wheel, original jack etc. The inside is as new and has been fully detailed inside and out
