 Thanks Jake

Just a quick update.
I've removed all the brake and fuel lines and started, prepped all the panels and started to paint the underside ready for the new hoses to go on.

Ive also had the clutch pedal converted to hydraulic, rebuilt the column and fitted it to the car.
I have ran the clutch pipe inside the car and under he servo and made a bracket so the feed pot can be mounted in the scuttle. This keeps things nice and tidy.

Hard to really show the progress but it's nearly there. All my time has been took up sorting pipes rooting harness wires and making it work. One final push and I'll be at AG in a few weeks.
Fingers crossed 🤞

Nice work! What's the width of your BBS wheels and tyres? Are you running 2" lips on the front or have you place spacers behind the front wheels?

Keep up the good work

Only the brakes to finish now. Cant get the pedal right.
No air in the system but soft the pedal goes real soft when the servo is active.
My set up is as follows if anyone has any thoughts
9"servo
22mm master cylinder
New pipes
Vr6 front calipers, g60 hangers and discs
Mk2 rear discs and calipers.
Thanks

Well she is back on the road.
Ran it in for a couple of weeks with the only issue being a leaky camshaft seal which I changed as I must have nicked the first one when installing. I then took it for a proper shake down at Curborough sprint track.
Ended up being a really good day with no major dramas –>

Intercooler pipe bracket broke –>fixed using a rubber bobbing to allow movement
Small amount of play from the steering rack –> New tie rod ordered

I've also ordered a new fuel pump, as the performance one i'm using is to loud.

Hi.

Awesome build! Really good pictures also.

I'm doing the same conversion, would it be possible for you to share the wiring diagram of the engine ? I about to simplify it, but I am i doubt what i can delete and not :)

Thanks!
