you have 2 types from vw, you have the mk1 type cam bolt which is nla, or the mk2/3 type which is basically just a bolt with a thinner shank. the mk1 item is easier as you can change the camber by spinning the head of the bolt with a spanner, with the mk2/3 you have to shove the hub about manually to set it

Hello,
can someone please help me, don't use  this website much,
so my apologies ,  due to being ill for 3 years
I have a big problem, with my MK1 golf clipper 1990, is fitted with a WEBER 32/34DMT Carb,
it won't hold its power and dies when demanding more power, I have cleaned out the petrol tank changed the flue pump , this happened before and I replace the carb,  surely there must be something killing the carb and how can I repair a WEBER 32/34DMTL, as I have two in my shed for this same problem,  what about the mapping unit,  how can i fault find this problem, as the car is just sitting outside, with winter here i need to get it fixed,I am not a Mechanic, but will have a go
