Busy day for DCK 20Y!! New rm's fitted plus coilovers!

Been on it all day today. Got Tyres fitted, 165/59/15 on standard 6.5" fronts and 7.5" rears. Decided it didn't look quite right on the boge turbo 40mm lowered springs, I said I would never fit coilovers but after seeing the difference when I put them on I am totally converted.

Before

After

Sadly I hadn't taken any of my painted centres so I borrowed a friends on the back to get an idea, by the time I got home and put the correct ones on it was too dark.

I genuinely can't believe the difference it has made to the look of the car. I think it's amazing, plus the ride hasn't been too badly compromised!!

Swwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwweeeeeeeeeeeet!!!  Looks nice mate… I've always loved the tarantula's for the original type look but have to say that looks rocking on those wheels!!  Keep the tarantulas safe though

that looks really nice.
really refreshing to see someone who's put on a set of BBS' that ACTUALLY fit the car to some degree, and still looks really good.

Hello mate
love your mk1
hope you can answer a few questions
do you get any rubbing on the rear ?
What tyre size are you using?
What's the offset of the front and back?
Have you noticed any differance in the handling ?
Have you had your arches rolled?

Thanks mate
