Email Issue 13/08/2014

Hey guys,

You may notice that you got a quite a few emails this morning at 10:15am

This was due to funds not automatically adding to our email sending account, I have manually added funds and all of the 435 emails in the backlog have now been sent out

Sorry if your email accounts / phones just went a little mental like mine did

Didn't have the issue Si.

Are there still issues with emails? I'm not receiving notifications for subscribed posts.

 This has been a problem for weeks.

Hi Rich,

Just checked out our end and we are sending out the emails to you but your btinternet account is rejecting them as spam.

We are not blacklisted or reported as spammer in any of the checkers that email providers use. Check this thread out for someone else having this issue - I went through the BT checker in the thread and we are not knownor blocked as a spammer.

You might need to call BT and ask them why ?

The issues that we had for Outlook were resolved by using Mandrill to send all our email, there was a short term fix where you could add vwgolfmk1.org.uk to your own acceptable domains list for email - not sure if that works for BT.

Failing all that, open a gmail account and use that for the sites emails !!

I've changed it to my Google mail account as BT are rubbish.
