small block quick shift

Anyone know of any small block quick shift tips? Can one be purchased? (I can't find one) or anyone know of any mods to make one?

The site MissingLinkZ - VW Shift Linkage Upgrades
Has a short shifter kit that is an add on for Cheap.  I bought one for my first Cabby and enjoyed the feeling of not having my arm in the middle of the passenger seat to shift into 5th.

I have a how to on how to make a Weighted Billet, so you don't have to buy one.  Both together made shifting feel more stable and friendlier.

that kit wont work on a small block linkage.

due to the design there isnt really any easy way to do it

We've made our own for the big blocks. Just had to bend the bracket as it goes into the gear box a bit and it shortens the throw.

Didn't think there was one for the small blocks but never hurts to ask!
