CV joint wear

Stripping/cleaning my driveshafts and found some signs of wear in the outer CV joint ball cage.  Small indentations from where the balls rub on the cage.  Is this acceptable or should I change it?

Up to you really… If it was not noisy before I would re grease it, fit it and see how it goes, they are straight forward to replace at a later date as it will need replacing at sometime in the cars life, all depends on how many miles you do..
