Quieter pipe

Post

Hi,

My pipe is way too noisy for mines and my neighbours' liking and I want to replace it.  I was told it's stainless steel front to back, so don't see any need to replace anything except the back box.  Can anyone recommend a stainless steel back box and anything I need to consider when buying / fitting?

Thanks,
Richard

The middle silencer cuts a fair bit of noise, I had a much smaller 'cherry bomb' centre silencer to eliminate chances of rattling which last two systems caused, and it is very loud and you can tell much of it is coming from the centre.

Looks really nice though!  Just got to break it to the neighbours that I will be having some 7am Sunday morning starts to car shows very soon. Having said that balance it out rest of time as I set of in my Lexus in stealth electric mode.

Any exhaust is quieter than the one with a melon sized hole in the side …hrumppp
Having said that when it's a warmed up it does the mk1 purr without the noise.
Oh well next time I go I will take spanner and remove and replace .promise…
