Distributor lead ends to big
I've bought a set of leads for a 1.5 carb engine and the ends which connect to the distributor are two big and don't make contact with the distributor pins. The pins in my distributor are 4mm and the ends on my leads are around 6mm. The plug ends and ignition coil end fit correctly. Has anyone else had this issue? I'm wondering if I've got the wrong leads although length wise they are perfect or the wrong distributor on my car
Thanks

From what I can make out the pin in the distributor is 4mm and the end of my plug lead is around 6mm so is to big and doesn't make connect with the distributor pin. I've cut the end off another lead off another car which looks the same but has a 4mm end and that seems to push and clip onto the distributor pins correctly although the plug and ignition coil ends are different so i cant use them
