Help me! 2005 Golf City Life 1.6i battery drain

I have realized for a few days now, every morning I wake up my battery is drained, and then last night i traced the problem to my immobilizer, when I switch off the car, the control box under the glove box keeps making clicking noises, i left it and came back after an hour, and it was still making those sounds... so I figured its whats draining my battery because it means it makes those clicking noises the whole night until there is no juice on the battery, any suggestions?
