Cold start no power

Hi I don't seem to have any power to my cold start valve and was wondering what powered it ? It has a red/black and green wire attatched to it which I have located in the fuse box and it's not attatched to anything hence probably why it's not working lol 😂 please can someone advise what I need to attatch it to 

red/black spade on there should have a mating plug from C/18 into it assuming its a CE1 type fusebox. green/white is unused
