Hi can somebody tell me what powers this ? And how it works see picture

It's the anti stall device, not sure what powers it other than the electrical connection in the same loom as the 5th injector, air hoses from the inlet manifold.

Not even sure how it works.  :lol:

Cheers, I Habve 2 hoses that are vacant so pretty sure they go there just didn't know what it did and what powered it, I'm having trouble with starting and a really hot 3rd manifold glowing intact, I think the mixture is all out so that's my next port of call thanks for help

The anti stall device should not make any difference in starting or a really hot manifold, I would check the timing as that can cause hot exhaust gasses?

Not sure it will make any difference but I would try and swop the spark plugs/ht leads about to see if the hot manifold moved to a different cylinder….
