Side Trims

Hi all,

I am looking to replace the black side trims on my car as they are bubbling badly and the rest of the car looks pretty smart. They are available from the usual suspects - Crazy Quiffs, Classic-vw, VW Heritage.

Are they all the same quality ? Anybody bought some ? I basically want them to look like originals.

I put some heritage ones on my mk1 last month. 

Good quality. 

Do yourself a flavor, and buy new clips…

I even went do far as to Drill 2 new spots in each door as they wanted to pop off….. so my door has 2 more than OEM.

Yes im think to do same.. especially on the corner front and rear

Are they some sort of coated aluminium like the originals or plastic ?
