Scraper seal gap!

Hi all. Got my cabby n/s door back from the painters the other day.
Put all the trim and parts back together including a new outer scraper seal which was one of the decent ones with the metal inner.
Job finished and wound up the window to see a 5mm gap between the window and scraper seal??
Hard to see from the pictures but any ideas??
