Replacement tintop roof

I have a Mk1 Golf GTI I'm planning on restoring.  Its pretty much rot free but has a rather nasty aftermarket sunroof fitted.  I also have a complete replacement non-sunroof roof in my spares.  I can weld but really I would rather pay someone to cut the old roof off and replace.  I really need recommendations on somebody who definitely has the skill and experience to this sort of work.  I'm aware if its done wrong then the shell would be scrap…..Any suggestions ?  I'm based near Worcester so Midlands based would be better but would travel for the right person.  Thanks
