Hatch License Plate Panel Fastening Clip
The plastic clip which the black cover underneath the rear number plate, the push the pin out type of clip.
Have you tried a VW dealer?
Briano1234 the clips in your link are very expensive on ebay, I bought some from a VW dealer in the UK last year and they was about 40 pence each!

Settling In
As ill be removing the panel in the future for paint I have purchased a pack of 10 on eBay for £2.65 (always handy to have spares)
