Dash wrap/skin

Does anybody know where I can either buy or get my dash wrapped or a leather skin fitted please?

Not heard of wrapping a dash but then I'm not sure I'd want to either.

Thin plastic covering on old plastic that's cracked and gone as hard as my wife's fairy cakes. Don't think so mate.

Short term fix and not much more, so buy a good looking dash or go all in and have a proper leather job done on it.  

But when do you stop with that solution!  

It's only my thoughts and hopefully someone knows better then me ok.

There are mk1 black leather covers for the dash with different coloured stitching available on the Bay.

Seem to recall they were about £100 or so.

They look alright, but never seen one in the flesh, was toying with one for mine. Anyone used them?

I did message the company but they said it wouldn't fit it was a little different around the heaters. I think it was for the caddy

My advice is to just take your time with something like that and try to get a recommendation or two from others that have had similar work done.  

Not sure I'd rely on an EB advert for that type of job!

Always thought they look pretty cool, could stop the glare from the dash on sunny days.

Not seen a uk seller though or one for a series two dash
