I have tried searching, but I get the revolving circle of doom or the worlds longest joke.
Sooooooo. What is the fluid in my hood reservoir please? Is it VW specific or can it be obtained from my local factors? My fluid tank is low and the handbook makes no mention of what it needs. Many thanks, John.

well, you can use hydraulic jack fluid in a pinch.
