Tensioner and spacer 20vt

Probably asked a million times before. 

I know I need a mk2 16v tensioner, but is there a kit on the market that offers the spacer and correct size bolt etc?

Or can onyone advise on alternatives, or do I just pikey it with a bolt that fits out of my magic tub and some washers?

It's like a weird gin coma I fall into. 

I get lost, searching for hours, I post on here after losing all hope in the dark loneliness. 


Then I find what I'm looking for.
