1. how much of the 16v system did you fit? did you also add the cold throttle enrichment, over-run cut-off and isv + control unit?

2. no its vacuum. pics specifically of the hose connection you are referring to?

ok so on the brake servo pipe 1 nipple is for the MFA clocks if you have them, if not block it. the other pipe feeds the ecu, over-run cut-off, cold throttle enrichment, and the warm air flap sensor if you have it. Use T pieces where necessary :)

you dont need the warm air flap though, so can bin those lines off if you like

the fitting on the 5th injector housing is either for the ISV or the WUR, there is definitely no coolant feed there. but post some pics ;)

ah, that one is for the air shrouded injector system. this is for the smaller 47mm inlet manifold ,there is a pipe from this to the breather pipe on the front of the block. if you dont have a pipe to go here just block it off you wont notice a difference without

Oh right. Thanks for the info I'm going run oil catch tank from the breather from  front of the engine. That should go to the air box. Can I run a pipe from this to the catch tank/breather?

yes, if you install a catch can, then you need to run from the Valve Cover port to the can inlet long side, and out back to the inlet port on the Throttle body.

I suppose you could place a Breather cap on it to vent the engine gases, but you would need to plug off the port on the Throttle body. I really don't know how the engine will act, as if I take my dipstick out it creates a vacuum leak and runs sketchy till I put it back in.

What do Divorces, Great Coffee, and Car Electrics all have in common?

They all start with GOOD Grounds.

the kr engine would be fine with the breather connection on the airbox open, as its before the metering head and so any air here will still be metered. you should still block it though as its after the air filter.

the nipple on the 5th injector housing coudl be plumbed into the catch tank same side as the block breather, but you need to make sure the plastic injector inserts are all good as are the seals, plus you need the proper air shrouded injectors with the top hats on. if you put new mercedes brass ones in for example, you'll get a massive air leak past the shrouding system so you should just cap the 5th inj nipple off.
