Will 16 X 8 ET35 wheels fit my cabrio?

ive got 16's on mine, but theyre 16x7 and they fill the arches so sweet! what drop you got on yours?

I've just bought it and am not sure as I haven't picked it up yet. If these wheels will go on the drop'll work around them. Can you get full lock with no rubbage?

ive just gone up to 16x7s with a et of 34, and they are as wide as id like to go tbh.

i did have 205 wide tyres with a 45 profile and they scrubbed on full lock, now ive gone down to 195/45s it seems ok, but i would say a 8" wide would catch unless you run streatch - not good

also your wheels will be 12mm further out than mine, and my fronts are level with the arch covers, and there will be 14mm less clearance on the strut side compared to mine, so depending if your on coil overs or not you maybe catching the strut too (i have about 10mm betwene the rim and coil over and im not stupidly low)

calcs done using http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2384 and assuming you run a 205/45 tyre (the norrowest id go on a 8" wide rim)

absolutely no rubbing on either lock! just looks tidy and every time i walk away from it and look back, i smile!

aside from the rubbing on the arches, i'd say that there is an excellent chance of the wheels fouling on the rear springs.

Looks like some archwork and spacers may be required as I really want these wheels on.
