Yes - some of the Mk1 P slots have Pirelli logo cast into them and others don't. Not 100% sure why. Maybe the first run was made and supplied by Pirelli (or made by Ronal and supplied via Pirelli ?), whereas the subsequent wheels were made by VW themselves under license (???)  I've got both types myself. None of the Mk2 versions have the logo. (I'm talking the wheel itself here by the way, not centre caps). As far as I know they're the only 'factory' P slots supplied on cars. There are of course the 15" Ronal made versions available in a couple of different offsets, and some Italian made 15" P's too
Cheers,
Mark

Are you sure 16" P slots exist?

I've only ever been aware of 14" and 15" wheels - never 16" ones, I'd love to see some…perhaps a bit big for a mk1 though :?
