Anyone able to help me with fault codes for bora's

Post

im unsure on a code

Im having problems with my bora,

It is a 1.9tdi 115 bhp ajm code engine

For a long while now ive been having problems with my car going into "limp mode" and have tried numerous things to solve the issue, too many things to list

But the final thing ive done is plugged my dads snapon computer into the car and it came up with a fault code of   17965

If came up as a "turbo charger wastegate regulating valve"

Could anybody explain to me what the is?

Im pressuming its one of the vaccuums but is it a specific one?

Any help wud be greatly appreciated

Thanks dan

Could be the N75 valve, a small black vacuum valve which operates the turbo vacuum, or the boost pressure sensor in the intercooler/pipework…

or maybe just a vac leak somewhere, or a split pipe somewhere too …..

Not the turbo volkswarren, its already been stripped down, cleaned and rebuilt, i think u might be on the right track richievr, wen i googled the code it kept coming up with the n75, or a split pipe, ive bought some pipe and am gonna replace all my vac lines cuz they look abit worse for wear, if that doesnt solve it, ill change the n75

Cheers for ur help guys
