Help and Advice please

Im rebuilding my wiper motor and mechanism atm, I’m struggling to remove the linkage any advice ?.
Also looking for a replacement spindle ?.

Normally I just put a spanner under the cup and force it apart and just pair vice grips squeeze back together
But I find little clip on spindle right pig.  Good luck

I'm sure to pull spindle from housing they little c clip at top

Any ideas how to remove spindle from frame ?.

Any one upgraded their wiper motor ?, what's the wiring mods required ?.

Mk3 golf wiper motor  remove rear plate cut 2 motor wires swap over on to mk3 motor
Job done nice easy  keeps it same plug and gives you the mount plate.     nice easy faster stronger wipers
