picked this up from the dreaded ebay as usual bought it totally blind but the numbers stack up so figured id take it on as a long term project, first job was getting it registered in the uk and then establishing its age which came back on the certificate as september 1974 although the vin predates it to may /june '74 as it is a 1753013** prefix but september is fine for now

I cant see pics of interior… but… I love a MK1 in this colour!!!  I've got a silver mk1 but I'll pick one up in this colour one day too.  Great find!!
