Greetings from a Newbie

Hi All. I just wanted to say hello as a newbie and start the blog for my latest restoration project, photo attached. It will be a slow start as I have a bit going on here - https://www.ssvc.org.uk/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=86279
But I will keep it updated and hope I will be able to draw on the vast experience of the forum as I go along.

Welcome, nice Camper you are working on and good to see all the work you are doing to it, the couple of campers I've driven (Splitty and Bay window) drive terrible, slow, don't steer, don't stop, can't find gears but lovely to look at. You seem to be sorting out all those problems…

Work cut out with that Tin top but I'm sure you will save it seeing the camper, look like they built the barn around it…

Thanks Mark.  The pipe dream is to turn up at a vw rally with both.  Although by the time they are both finished they will probably need to be electric powered.

This is the furthest it has moved in 15 years. It did take a JCB to load it though as all the wheels are seized.  564523C5-D2AC-4DFE-ACB4-7ECCD98EA474.jpeg
