Just about to buy a new mars red GTi shell so i'll get some piccies up ASAP and keep you all up to date on any progress made over the coming months (and more than likely years) !!!

Bit of both really jess, needs slight body work restoration to get it perfect, but then it'll be on to the mods.
Obviously nothing silly, ATS classics, a healthy drop (hopefully supplied by john ) and a few other choice mods, if i can, chrome window trims, chrome plastic bumpers, and chrome side trims, handles ect.

Any other sencible ideas welcome  8)

Those chrome bumpers do look cool,but a bit rare to get hold of,also ??? !. What about engine ? U keeping it standard?

yeah i'll have to keep the black ones for now

engines gonna be a 1.3 driver for now, saying as i'm only 17 and couldnt insure it if i replaced the knackered GTi engine, and i've been offered one for nothing! then hopefully a TSR 2.1 8v some time in the future

actually, you might be able to help me, i need to find a passenger side rear quarter, preferably new, genuine or not, as euro car parts want 420 quid for em!
